  1. APOLOGIES – To receive and accept apologies for absence.
  2. DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST – For Councillors to declare any pecuniary or personal interests relating to the agenda.
  3. MATTERS/ACTIONS ARISING FROM PREVIOUS MINUTES – For Councillors and the Clerk to report back on any previous
    actions taken.
  4. MINUTES -To resolve that the minutes of the Parish Council meeting held on the 19th January 2026 be signed as a correct
    record.

    • REGULAR UPDATE FROM BUCKINGHAMSHIRE COUNCILLORS
  6. PLANNING APPLICATIONS & PLANNING MATTERS –
    • PL/25/6762/VRC – Bierton Crematorium, Cane End Lane, Bierton, Buckinghamshire, HP22 5BH, Variation of condition 6
    (Hours of operation) attached to planning permission 14/01125/APP (Single chapel crematorium within a single-storey
    building, with associated cortege facilities, private and remembrance gardens (including a small remembrance chapel
    within the gardens), parking facilities, service areas, off site highway enhancements and appropriate drainage and
    services infrastructure) to allow for an extension to the hours of operation
    Members are asked to continue to consider any new applications that arise between issuance of the agenda and the meeting.
  7. CLERKS REPORT – To receive any updates/information from the Clerk.
  8. FINANCE & ORDERS – To agree and authorise orders and retrospective orders for payment and to receive, note and
    agree/accept the councils’ financial statements

  21. DATE OF NEXT MEETING – The next Parish Council meeting date will be Monday 16th March 2026, commencing at 7pm at
    the Jubilee Hall.
